Q. What is Net Strike Arena?
A. Net Strike Arena is a multi-player network gaming facility and Internet Cafe. People come to surf the net, play their favorite games, try out new games, and compete with other players locally and online. We have all types of games, but most of them are designed for the multi-player experience. The premise of our facility is to be an entertainment option that provides a blend of quality gaming and interactivity in an ultra-cool, social environment. We take gamers out of their bedrooms and turn gaming into a much more social activity. Whether you are brand new to video games or are a self-proclaimed professional, you are sure to have a great time at Net Strike Arena and may just make a friend or two!

Q. Who owns Net Strike Arena?
A. Net Strike Arena is a privately held corporation.

Q. Is there an age requirement at Net Strike Arena?
A. Yes, the minimum age is 13. Gamers under 13 are required to be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Q. Will you watch my child while I run errands?
A. No. We do not provide babysitting services. We have a minimum age requirement for this reason. If you do not think your child is mature enough to go to an entertainment venue without your direct supervision, then you may not wish to leave them at Net Strike Arena. Our staff is always keeping a watchful eye over the facility, but we are a public venue and do not restrict customers from leaving whenever they choose. (It has been our experience that people have so much fun, they won't want to leave!)

Q. What is required to set up an account at Net Strike Arena?
A. All gamers are required to complete our account set up form. Those under 18 will need to have the parent section completed by a parent or legal guardian. Our account set up form is available for download on our website.

Q. Is there a memeber ship requirement?
A. No. However we offer membership options that have discount benefits.

Q. Is there a purchase requirement?
A. Yes. No one likes a loiterer. This means that if you are not logged on, you must either be eating in the cafe area or have drink in hand while spectating activites here at Net Strike Arena.

Q. Do you use any parental controls at Net Strike Arena?
A. Yes. We utilize rating controls on games for customers under the age of 17. Parents may choose to sign a waiver to let their child play all games, but they will not be permitted to do this without this signed form on file.

Q. Can I bring my own games?
A. No.

Q. Can I bring my own peripherals? (mouse/keyboard/headset)
A. Yes. Each gaming station at Net Strike Arena has 2 USB ports on the front of the tower. You may bring up to 2 USB devices. However, if any of your devices require special drivers, they will not work. Please be sure to ask a staff member for assistance if you are bringing your own peripherals.

Q. Are video games any good for kids?
Yes. As with everything, moderation is the key. Our focus on an interactive, social environment is conducive to making new friends. Games can also promote strategic thinking, problem solving, multi-tasking, teamwork, and communication skills.

Q. Can I have my birthday party at Net Strike Arena?
A. Yes. Net Strike Arena birthday parties are unique, interactive, receive high marks on the "fun" scale, affordable, and best of all...Mom doesn't have to clean up after the party!

Q. Do you host Corporate parties?

Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. No. No food or drink carry-ins are allowed. We offer a wide variety of snacks, foods, and beverages.

Q. Do you offer group discount rates?
A. Yes. Net Strike Arena will work with groups of six or more for discounted rates. Please use the email form to contact us with any questions you may have.

Q. Do you repair computers?
A. Yes. Net Strike Arena offers both in-house and on-site repair services. We perform repairs, system upgrades, and system tune-ups. We also offer business annual contracts for service, repair, and regular scheduled maintenance.

Q. Is Net Strike Arena hiring?

Q. Will you provide me with information on starting my own gaming center/Internet cafe?
A. No. We cannot provide this information to you. We have spent many years and thousands of dollars developing our center. We have done our homework and continue to do industry research to improve our operations. We will only conduct discusssions with potential investors or franchisees that are under an NDA/NCA. Please be advised that while your mother may have told you that "imitation is a form of flattery," we don't appreciate thievery. Unfortunately, it has happened before.
